You can appoint your officers as commanders here to gain extra buffs.
- As your Captain Level upgrades, more offices are unlocked.
- When the sum of lit officer stars in an office meets the requirement, the buff is activated.
- An officer can only be appointed to one office at a time.
- An appointed officer can still be assigned to departments or sent marching.
- You can enhance the buffs with Feat, which can be earned by attacking enemy players and destroying their Power. You won't earn Feat from defending battles. You may earn at most 30,000 Feat within one week.
- Higher the average level of appointed officers, greater the buff effect.
- You can activate extra buffs when appointing specified officers.
