1. Upgrade Officer level to increase its Leadership and then it can lead more troops to march.
2. Unlock March Officers slots to send more officers to lead more troops to march.
3. Research technology Combat - Leadership to enlarge marching troops size.
4. Activate HQ Buff - March Size Increase to enlarge marching troops size for a while.
