- Before your HQ reaches Lv. 4, you cannot create a corps.
- At HQ Lv. 5 to 7, you can create a corps with 200 Gold.

After your HQ reaches Lv. 8, you can create a corps for free.
You need to give your new corps a name and a slogan. The slogan will be shown to other players and is critical to attracting them to join your corps.
Your language will be the corps language by default, and you can change it anytime after its foundation.
