If you bought a pack and then applied for refund, we will take back the gold and items in the pack while refunding you. If some of the items are already used, we will deduct gold of the same worth, which might lead to the situation where your gold amount becomes a negative number.
If you haven't applied for refund yourself and run into this situation, please check your payment platform to see if a purchase is in refund state.
