You can assign officers to activate their skills.
- You should assign an officer to the department specified in its skill to activate it.
- You can tap on the slot to add or replace an officer.
- You can unlock more slots by researching technologies in Lab > Officers.
- An officer can only be assigned in one department at a time, and an assigned officer cannot be sent marching.
- About Skill Stacking: When two or more officers with the same skills are used at the same place, only the skill with the highest value takes effect.
