Which skills (buff) will take effect in the rally?

About Sally's skill of converting dead units to wounded units in Super Rally:

Rally members share the effect of rally initiator's officer skill and officer prestige. If the effect value of rally members' officer skill and officer prestige is bigger than the rally initiator's, rally members' officer skill and officer prestige take effect.

After the two effects are calculated, rally member's skill boost effect will be calculated.

At present, the two attributes of rally members that will take effect no matter whether rally initiator's attributes effect is bigger than rally members' are: Bold Leadership II(Class-Dark Assassin), Exploration Master (Precision Technology-Officer Master).
